lets you deposit US dollars by bank transfer, hold a stablecoin balance, and withdraw to a crypto wallet or a linked bank account. Payment, custody and compliance services are provided by our banking partner. is not a bank and does not itself take deposits.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You must complete identity verification before holding a balance or moving funds. We may suspend or close an account where verification cannot be completed or where we are required to do so by law.
Deposits must originate from an account held in your own name. Transfers are processed by our banking partner and are subject to their timelines, limits and review. Blockchain transactions are irreversible: a withdrawal sent to an incorrect address or network cannot be recovered.
Any fee that applies is shown before you confirm a transfer. Network and partner fees may also apply and are reflected in the amount received.
Stablecoin balances are not bank deposits and are not insured by the FDIC or any equivalent scheme. Value, availability and settlement times are not guaranteed.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
